Dennis Haines, President
Dennis has worked as the Operations Supervisor for the Family Resource Council for 10 years. In this capacity, Dennis has worked throughout Merced County supporting local non-profit organizations. He has been instrumental in coordinating efforts to host the annual Merced County Children's Summit. He is also the President of the local CORE Connection. Dennis and his wife Tony have been married for 18 years. Dennis was a member of the original steering committee that founded the CFMC.
Maria Giampaoli, Vice President
Maria and her husband Ray have been growers in the LeGrand community for many years. Their Live Oak Farms is the family business for growing tomatoes, peppers, almonds and row crops. Maria is also a local activist and established the first donor advised fund with the CFMC. Besides being a board member of the CFMC, Maria is currently a board member of Hinds Hospice and a member of the Le Grand Municipal Advisory Council as well as the Merced College Agriculture Advisory Board. Other organizations Maria has been involved with include past president of the California Women for Agriculture, past president of the Garden Club, member of the League of Women Voters, and member of the Merced County Technical Agriculture Land Advisory Committee.
Bill Crivelli, Chief Financial Officer
Bill and his wife Rhonda have been married for almost 30 years and have 4 children; Chad, Christopher, Cameron and Courtney. Besides being a self-employed diversified farmer in Dos Palos, Bill has extensive involvement in many agricultural organizations such as a Board of Director of the National Cotton Council, California Farm Bureau Federation Cotton Commodity Advisory Committee, Merced County Farm Bureau President (1992-1994, 2003) and a Board of Director with the Dos Palos Cooperative Gin. Bill has extensive involvement with other organizations as well such as Dos Palos Publishing Company and the Dos Palos Y Fire Department.
Nellie McGarry, Secretary
Nellie lives in Merced with her husband Russell where they own and operate rental properties. Nellie is a former Council member for the City of Merced (1997-2001). Nellie is an advocate for youth and workforce issues and is currently the First Vice Chair of the Merced County Workforce Investment Board, Chair of the Merced County Youth Council and a board member of the California State Youth Council. She has been the recipient of the 2001 "Hispanic Woman of Year" Award from the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the "Woman of Distinguish" Award from the Soroptomist International of Merced. She also received the "Working Woman of the Year" Award from the Merced Business and Professional's Women's Organization. Nellie graduated Merced College and attended California State University Chico and Stanislaus.
Alfred (Fred) Souza
Fred and his wife Karen are life long residents of Merced County, being raised in the Le Grand area and living in Gustine for the past 22 years. Both Fred and Karen as well their 4 adult children are involved in some form of community service. Fred has been involved in extending money to agriculture production in the valley for more than 35 years. Fred has been in various county and community organizations and activities most of his adult life, and also served as Gustine's Mayor for 8 years and the City Council for 12 years.
Stephanie Perez, Attorney At Law
Stephanie M. Perez is an attorney with the law offices of MORSE, MORSE & MORSE (Merced, CA). Her practice areas include Family Law, Guardianships/Conservatorships, Estate Planning, as well as Probate and Trust Administration. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, Mc George School of Law.
Born and raised in Merced, Linda attended El Capitan High School which is now Merced High. Linda has worked over 25 years in the area of accounting working as a CPA after having received her B.S. Degree from the University of Nevada at Reno. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is has been a member of Soroptomists International in Merced. Currently, Linda is a director and secretary of the Dean and Margaret Lesher Foundation, a private foundation based in Contra Costa County.

Mark has been a Certified Financial Planner with Ameriprise Financial Services in Merced for over 20 years and currently manages over $100 million in investments. Mark has also been active and committed to local non-profit organizations including past President of the board for the Merced-Mariposa American Red Cross. He was one of the original members of the steering committee which merged into the CFMC Board of Directors. Mark is married to Marsha and has two children, Michelle and Michael.
Crystal is the principal of Resources for Improved Living, which provides a wide range of Human Resources (HR) professional support for businesses located throughout California's San Joaquin Valley. She has served as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Practitioner for the last 18 years within senior leadership ranks of organizations across various industries, including Fortune 500 Companies.
